Si la visita se trata sobre el control de empleo, los documentos más habituales que requerirá el inspector de trabajo son los partes de alta en Seguridad Social de los empleados, así como los contratos de trabajo y los registros de jornada de los empleados a tiempo parcial. A partir del próximo 12 de mayo de 2019 los inspectores también podrán pedir el registro de jornada de los trabajadores a tiempo completo.
Control en materia de Seguridad Social
En este caso, los documentos más habituales que puede pedir un inspector de trabajo serían las nóminas de los empleados, el convenio colectivo de aplicación por el cual se rige la empresa, así como los boletines de cotización.
Control en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales
Cuando se trate de una visita de este tipo, el inspector podrá pedir los planes de prevención de riesgos laborales, los planes de formación, el concierto con el centro de prevención de riesgos y el control sobre la vigilancia de la salud de los empleados de la empresa.
Control sobre la cuota de reserva LISMI
Si la visita viene derivada sobre el control sobre la cuota de reserva, se tendrán que aportar documentos como pueden ser los poderes, la plantilla media, contratos con empleados con discapacidad y certificados de discapacidad de los mismos, la declaración de excepcionalidad y la justificación de las medidas adoptadas.
